Jana started her yoga journey during her teenage years. She soon became aware of its benefits as a complete approach to health and well being. Yoga became her passion from then on.
She began to teach yoga in 1981. Over the years she participated in many workshops, training, lectures and conferences in different parts of the world. She is a registered yoga teacher. In her practice as well as in her teaching she explores various styles of yoga – Vinyasa flow, Anusara, Iyengar, restorative, hatha yoga, meditation…
It is in her nature to continue exploring the wisdom and power within yoga and consequently pass on her knowledge, passion and discoveries in the classes. Jana has a compassionate heart and will go out of her way to ensure that everyone leaves the class feeling well exercised, rejuvenated, relaxed and inspired.

Refusing to give up, Tracy committed to further understanding the body and mind through yoga and always putting a safe balanced practice above all else.
She completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification in Dharamshala, India in August of 2017; teaching and training is at the centre of her life. Today, she is still an active teacher and student of Hip Hop Dance, Breakdancing, and Yoga; you will be happy to find yourself using safe alignment techniques while working towards inversions and/or balances in her All Levels Class.
Jodi fell instantly in love with dance by discovering at the very young age of 3 how much movement of the body allowed her spirit and soul to speak.
Being a dancer her whole life, in 2007 the addition to answer her inner drawing towards yoga happened naturally by deepening her asana practice. Yoga quickly brought into her life not only a balanced physical support that would be both maintainable and everlasting, but also mental and emotional.
Being an instructor of dance for 25+ years, Jodi went on to receive her 200 hr. Teacher Training Certification in June 2017. Practicing and growing together as equals within the journey of life is Jodi’s passion. Holding space for others to discover or re-discover the compassion, strength and love within themselves and for themselves. Jodi loves to create a safe space for everyone to embrace their uniqueness and all that they are. The discovery through movement to turn more inward and bring to the awareness our own personal balances and in-balances, within our mind, body and spirit.
Join Jodi in class to discover more grounding and stability as well as inspiration and light. Join the journey and begin to quiet the noise, stand in your power of all that you are, and begin to create the space to allow your spirit and your souls to speak.
