Each workshop will be taking place from 1 pm – 3 pm. We will explore self massage techniques using myofascial tools and our hands to release muscles and fascia in combination with gentle yoga stretches.
Cost: $105 + GST For All Three Weekends
$75 + GST For Two Weekends
$40 + GST For One Weekend
Please come dressed in comfortable, stretchy clothing. Bring a yoga mat and a foam roller. The rest of the equipment will be provided by the studio.
